DAY 1 – THE SHAVE OFF

Join us at The Burgundy Lion on Tuesday, November 1st as Montreal’s gentlemen of Movember prepare to embark on their moustache growing journeys!

Men participating in Movember are required to start the month off clean shaven and register themselves at www.movember.com. To kick things off together and so all the men start on fair and equal ground, Mo Bros will be gathering at the pub for some drinks and a nice clean shave courtesy of the lovely Mo Sistas of Three Monkeys & The Burgundy Lion. So stay scruffy boys! We’ll be taking some “before & after” photos to document the start of our journeys.

Girlfriends, wives, and lady friends are encouraged to take up the roll of the Mo Sista as well and shave their own gentlemen if they like! Grab your man by the arm and get them down to the pub ladies.

We’ll have some fun Movember goodies to give out too, let’s get this Moustache Season rolling.

Photos From The Party

SHAVING MADNESS. This year’s Shave Off completely blew away last year’s! Mo Bros from all around the city came down to The Burgundy Lion for their inaugural Movember shearing, (mostly) expertly performed by the lovely Mo Sistas at the pub.

One old school barber chair took centre stage with 2 more seats on either side, once we started, we didn’t stop the triple shaving stations for hours.

The ladies shaved down 50 Mo Bros at a minimum, we had people registering at movember.com on site, everybody got Movember gifts and goodies… an awesome time all around!

A huge thanks to everyone who helped put this together, to the brothers lending their faces to the cause, the ladies who shaved and support them and to everyone who stood around and had a good a laugh! This Moustache Season will be strong… enjoy the photos.
